Is it possible to do both? Sometimes yes, I do believe so (and necessary). Depending on what it is, we need to allow ourselves to FEEL and mourn a loss, especially if it’s a great one (lest it may continue to haunt us until we acknowledge those feelings). So long as we don’t dwell too long and still allow the new beginnings to come in. Peace.
