It is okay if you do not feel up to it today.

It is okay to experience feelings of sadness and loss.

It is okay to feel lonely and lost for a moment or two.

Part of self-care is allowing those feelings to be experienced and validation is an important step to moving through them.

Dearest child, take a nice deep breath and allow yourself to feel the love of The Universe wrapping you in a hug.  Let that feeling of safety envelope you and know that all will be well in time. ~ Creator
