I don’t know – today was one of the heaviest days in years with extremely intense downloads of source energies for me and other light warriors. Perhaps your source should coordinate his messages with what is happening energetically in real-time even though time is an illusion.

This is a fundamental misunderstanding of the quality of the incoming energies. They do not allow a break and there is no way we as humble weak human beings, as biological organisms can influence the intensity and the course of the energies that flood our bodies and fields. Hence the advice to have a break amidst this onslaught can be only described as cosmic sarcasm. And all true light warriors have detached a long time ago from this 3D matrix and do not need to make an extra break.
