Thank you. I remind myself of this very thing every day. I may not agree with or respect a particular circumstance, situation, decision, etc., but I accept, learn and grow from this. I also remind myself that others may feel the same toward me and I try to accept, learn and grow from this as well. Judge not, lest ye be judged.

I have always tried to do this but I’ve become stuck with a situation where it genuinely doesn’t seem the right thing to do-at least when I did this/kept to this perspective the situation got worse.
If a person is trying to harm and or kill you and is killing innocent living beings in that and separate from that, how can you

accept it? Just die or allow the violence and suffering that ensues? It is a judgement to determine that a person is violent and dangerous, is
causing harm and appears determined to continue no matter how much acceptance, love, compassion or kindness is exerted either in person or thru meditation.
It doesn’t really occur to me to judge others unless they actively harm the innocent-
but at a distance I have found it easier to rationalize my acceptance,
praying for them etc because I have no inherent responsibility when I cannot act to affect the issue.
But do we not have inherent responsibility when we can?
I assume acting on that responsibility with pure awareness without rancor is appropriate? Then getting to that level of compassion for a being who is trying to kill you
becomes the hurdle I suppose. Obviously it is possible since Jesus did so but is
there a method the yet-to-ascend could follow while actually not accepting and
allowing our own death in the process?

    • Thank you<3
