Is It Me?

When people say, “Why can’t you be more like….” what they are really saying is, “Why can’t I be more like…”.  Once the realization of that sinks into your consciousness, you can begin to learn and practice discernment of what is and what is not truly yours.  This is not something to take personally because, just by being who you really are, you are performing a service that may not otherwise have been noticed.  Smile, nod and move on.  It really is not about you. ~ Creator

yes… i’m ‘sure’ we have all heard that at one time in our lives as we took our own paths… I have.

  2. Isn’t that the truth!

  3. George says:

When people say, “Why can’t you be more like….” ,
they just want you to be what they want to be .
They are afraid of changes, so they hand over their resposibility to you .

  4. Wang says:

  5. Wang says:

I don’t think of myself as a poor deprived ghetto girl who made good.
I think of myself as somebody who from an early age
knew I was responsible for myself, and I had to make good.
